Dia Mirza marks husband Vaibhav Rekhi’s birthday with priceless memories featuring son Avyaan and daughter Samaira

The Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein star tied the knot with businessman Vaibhav Rekhi on February 15, 2021. The couple welcomed son Avyaan Azaad Rekhi in the same year. Rekhi shares a daughter, Samaira, with ex-wife, yoga instructor and lifestyle coach Sunaina Rekhi. In a recent interview with News18, Dia had revealed that Samaira calls her by her first name. She had shared, “She hasn’t called me maa. There is no expectation from her to call me ‘maa’, ‘mumma’ or ‘mother’. She has a mother who she calls ‘mumma’ or ‘mom’. She calls me ‘Dia’. “
On the work front, Dia Mirza will feature in Anubhav Sinha’s upcoming web series ‘IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack’. Starring Naseeruddin Shah, Vijay Varma, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Arvind Swamy, Pankaj Kapur, and Patralekhaa, this series is based on the 1999 hijacking of Indian Airlines Flight IC 814.
